At Happy Vitamins, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Due to the nature of our products (vitamins, supplements, and personal health items), opened or used items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item, contact us at 0316-2655555 or email support@happyvitamins.pk within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or discounted items
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process.
